Der Weißburgunder Gutswein - Everybodys Darling wie Konrad Salwey weiß - stammt von Lösslagen am Kaiserstuhl und im Stahltank gemacht, samt biologischem Säureabbau. In der Nase sehr sortentypische Melone und gelber Apfel, nicht parfümiert, am Gaumen zeigt er ein Spur Frische, auch Säure, dazu noch eine trinkige Cremigkeit, alles gut miteinander verwoben. Ein frischer Weißburgunder der einfach Spaß macht. [GB 11/2016]
