Der Weißburgunder von Battenfeld-Spanier ist großteils im Stahltank ausgebaut. Die Nase durchaus expressive mit einem exotischen Einschlag, Apfel und Birne, dazu Zitronenschale, Guaven und kandierte Ananas, zarte Kalkmineralik. Am Gaumen sehr harmonisch und geschmeidig, die saftige Säure die gut eingebunden ist, verbreitet ein cremiges Gefühl im Mund, exotische Nuancen nach Kumquats, ein harmonischer trinkiger Pinot Blanc.
