Auch der Weißburgunder gelingt am Weingut Bürklin-Wolf hervorragend. Sehr klar und geradlinig, mit Duft nach Äpfeln und zarten Kräutern. Die lebendige Säure unterstützt den klaren und harmonischen Eindruck und lässt den Weißburgunder gut am Gaumen haften. Im Nachhall kommen die Kräuter wieder durch, diesmal aber die der Wiese.
