Der Weiß & Grau von Enderle & Moll besteht zu fast gleichen Teilen aus Weiß- und Grauburgunder, durch den etwas längeren Maischekontakt fällt er oft auch etwas dunkler in der Farbe aus. In der Nase fruchtbetont, Quitte, Pfirsich mit floralen Anklängen und etwas Haselnuss mit Luft wird er zunehmend herbaler, Kamille, Rosmarin und heller Tabak. Am Gaumen mit zurückhaltender Säure und kerniger Phenolik, wieder Quitte, Birnenschale mit leicht erdigem Touch und dunkler Würze im Abgang. [ND 07/2022]
