Ein aromatischer doch eher wilder Weißweincuvée vom Weingut Seckinger im Basissegment. Mit der PURE-Linie kennzeichnet Jonas Seckinger seinen Naturweinstil im besten Sinne. Die ordentliche Preis-Leistung des 2019er Pure vom Kalkstein begeistert Naturweinfans. Der erste Eindruck wirkt würzig, aromatisch und verspielt. Die Frucht kommt im saftig, mostigem Ausbau sehr gut zum Vorschein. Zusätzlich schlängelt sich immer mal wieder der Duft nach frischer Hefe und Kamille durch. Am Gaumen dann die absolut karge Frische die man im ersten Moment, vor allem der Nase nach zu urteilen, nicht ganz erwartet. Limette, etwas Pampelmousse gepaart mit Granny-Smith Apfel kann man sich auf alle Fälle bildlich dazu gut vorstellen.
