Am Gaumen eine straffe Textur, drahtig streng (noch wild und ungestüm), mächtiges Tannin mit frischer Säure, grüner Paprika, leichte Röstaromen vom Barriquefass, legt sich erdig auf die Zunge, dann eine überaus langes Finale.
