Ein Cremant aus Chardonnay, der mit seiner Fülle für charmantes Trinkvergnügen sorgt, die Nase ist expressiv und die Hefe sorgt für ein Hauch Opulenz, viel Brioche, etwas gelbe Frucht, man wähnt sich in der Bäckerei, hat einen oldschool Champagner-Touch und viel Charme. Am Gaumen geht es genauso weiter, die Fülle nimmt den Gaumen ein, die Perlage versprüht cremige Opulenz, auch wenn Extra Brut auf der Flasche steht, wirkt er etwas weicher und sanfter, die Säure spielt hier nur ganz im Hintergrund mit. Ein toller Schaumwein für alle, die auf weiche Fülle und intensität stehen. [CB 02/2023]
