Eine Cuvée aus Welschriesling, Weissburgunder, Riesling und Gelber Muskateller. In der Nase erst duftig mit einem floralen Hauch, dann kräftiger mit saurem Apfel und Zitronenzeste, dazu leicht ätherische Noten. Am Gaumen eine straffe Textur mit einer frischen Säure, trotz leichtem Schmelz eher kühl, Quittengelée mit einen gewisse Würze, intensiver Zitrustouch im Abgang, bleibt gut hängen. [GB10/2021]
