Ein „Gangsta„ aus Bio-Trauben vom Goldberg (was man aber nicht sagen darf, weil er kein Qualitätswein ist - wegen naturtrüb und so). Vergoren im großen offenen Holzfass, drei Wochen Maischestandzeit, 14-monatige Ausbau in gebrauchten Barriques, minimal Schwefel, unfiltriert! In der Nase vibrierend und wild, schöne Nuancen von Schwarztee, grünen Kräutern, Pfeffer und Waldboden. Am Gaumen fleischig und saftig, gutes Tanningerüst, leichte Animalik, Moos, Pilze, Schwarzkirschen, Weicheln, vielversprechende Substanz. [GB 03/2016]
