Helles Rubinrot, sehr markante Nase mit sehr sortentypischen Noten: eingelegte Sauerkirschen, Johannisbeerblätter, morsches feuchtes Holz, zart nach Lakritze und ein ganz leichtes Stinkerl. Am Gaumen eine sehr elegante Textur, überreife Weichseln, feine Säure, überaus angenehmes Tannin, zarte Mineralik, ein Hauch von Himbeerkonfit, auch ein Anflug von nassem Leder, lechte Holzwürze im Abgang. Ein wirklich guter und anspruchsvoller St. Laurent! [Jg. 2015 GB 08/2017]
