Ein Mal reinriechen und schon ist man verliebt, der Centgrafenberg beginnt ungemein filigran und verführerisch, florale Finesse, etwas Rosenblätter, dazu etwas Himbeere und weiße Johannisbeere, feminin und mit wahnsinniger Eleganz. Am Gaumen setzt sich das Bild fort, dezente Struktur, feines und wunderbar mürbes Tannin, wieder florale Noten, hier eher Veilchen, wieder Johannisbeere, ausgewogen und leichtfüßig, das ist ein herrlicher Spätburgunder!
