Die Familie Knipser macht immer sehr edle und ruhige Spätburgunder, ganz unaufgeregt und feingliedrig beginnt der Burgweg aus dem warmen 2012er Jahrgang. In der Nase reife Zwetschge, eine leichte Süße, noch ein Hauch vom Holz, etwas Walderdbeere und etwas Moos, ein sehr typischer deutscher Spätburgunder. Am Gaumen samtig und ausgewogen, mürbes Tannin, feine Schwarzkirsche, eine Hauch Zartbitterschokolade, packt richtig zu, etwas schwarzer Pfeffer, noch ganz am Anfang seines Wegs! [CB 05/2017]
