Blanc de Noir bezeichnet einen Weißwein, der aus Rotweintrauben gekeltert wird, in diesem Fall aus Spätburgunder Trauben. Diese werden sofort gepresst um den Wein möglichst hell zu halten, einen ganz kleinen Rosé-Stich hat er dann aber doch bekommen. In der Nase sehr zart und feingliedrig, dezente Erdbeerfrucht und etwas Rhabarber, den Spätburgunder kann er nicht verleugnen, knackige frische Säure, wieder etwas Erdbeere, dazu kommt eine zarte Würze, zum Abgang hin cremig und sehr geschmeidig.
