Rosé aus 50% Zweigelt, 25% Pinot Noir und 25% St. Laurent, der Most kommt durch Saftentzug beim Pinot Noir und Ganztraubenpressung beim St. Laurent und Zweigelt, im Edelstahltank vergoren und ausgebaut. Helles Altrosa, in der Nase Himberren, Rhabarberkompott und Nuancen von Minze und Heublumen. Am Gaumen eine durchaus frische Textur, ein ganz zarter Gerbstoff, erfrischend die Säure, etwas Waldboden vom Pinot, der small HILL rosé überzeugt durch seinen beerig-fruchtigen Geschmack.
