So schmeckt ein klassischer Silvaner vom Fürst - pur mineral ist hier Programm! Sehr elegant und fein, zarte Frucht nach Limette und Stachelbeere, mit einer dezenten aber durchdringenden Mineralik wie sie nur selten bei Silvanern zu finden ist, gelbe Birne und grüner Apfel kommen immer wieder durch, frisch und saftig am Gaumen, dabei sehr geradlinig, geschmeidig und cremig im Abgang.
