Pur mineral nennt Fürst seine Einstiegs-Linie, die Gutsweine. Helles Grüngelb, in der Nase feine Fruchtaromen, frische Birne, aber auch Mirabellen deuten sich an und frische Mineralik. Am Gaumen kommt dieser Silvaner fränkisch trocken daher, klar wie ein Gebirgsbach, sehr elegant, leicht exotische Noten nach Bananenblättern. Idealler Wein zu Fischegrichten.
