Riesling Sekt Brut -36- 2018
Description
Der 2018er Riesling Sekt wird nach der Ganztraubenpressung im Pfälzer Stückfass ausgebaut, bevor er für 32 Monate in der Flasche auf der Hefe lagert. Heraus kommt ein eleganter und puristischer Sekt. In der Nase leichte Kräuterwürze und ein Hauch florale Noten, mit Luft kommt gelber Apfel und Pfirsich durch, mürbes Brioche und feine Würze. Am Gaumen extrem feine Perlage und eine lebendige Säure, ganz niedrig im Restzucker und dementsprechend kernig, leichte Briochenoten, wieder Kräuterwürze, etwas oxidierte Birnenschale die mit etwas Grapefruitzeste hinterlegt ist, im Abgang cremig und straff. Ein deutscher Rieslingsekt, der auf gutem Champagnerniveau spielt. [GB 12/2022]
