Die Schreube Qvinterra von Kühling-Gillot ist zu diesem frühen Zeitpunkt schon sehr offen und zugänglich. In der Nase reife Frucht mit Birne und Papaya, sofort richtig einnehmend. Am Gaumen mit sehr saftigem Beginn, schon sehr stimmig, da läuft einem direkt das Wasser im Mund zusammen, dann kommt noch eine leichte Cremigkeit dazu, reifer Apfel und Birne mit leicht exotischen Anklängen und einer feinen Rauchigkeit. Eine leichte und superstimmige Scheurebe, die nicht nur ein perfekter Sommerwein, sondern auch ein grandioser Essensbegleiter ist. [CB 05/2015]
