In der Nase rauchige Mineralik, Grapefruit, Korianderkraut und ein Hauch Fenchel, am Gaumen eine straffe Textur mit zupackender Säure, geradlinig und klar wie ein Gebirgsbach, blättrig mit zart vegetabilen Noten und Grapefruitzeste, intensive Mineralik, Steinmehl, guter Zug und sehr lebendig im Abgang.
