Das Wort Tradition führt hier etwas in die Irre, denkt man dabei ja eher an einen Wein in einem etwas üppigeren, barocken Gewand. Dieser Gutswein hingegen ist Philipp Kuhns fruchtig, leichte Sauvignon-Variante, präzise und klar im Stahltank ausgebaut steht hier die sortentypische exotisch, grüne Fruchtaromatik im Vordergrund. In der Nase Noten von Passionsfrucht, grüner Banane, Grapefruit und Stachelbeere erfrischt der Pfälzer Sauvignon am Gaumen mit einer saftigen, feinen Säure und die zart flintige Feuersteinaromatik lockert gekonnt die einnehmend, intensiven Fruchtaromen auf. Ein harmonischer, ausbalancierter Sauvigon Blanc, für unkomplizierten Trinkspaß! [LA 08/22]
