Description

Der Sauvignon Blanc Sulz (vormals Joseph) von Potzinger ist zu 15% in Barriques ausgebaut. Helles Grüngelb, in der Nase gelbe exotische Fruchtnoten, feine aber intensive Kräuterwürze, mit Salbei und Fenchelanklängen. Am Gaumen satte Fülle, leichte herbe Struktur, klemmt sich extrem gut auf die Zunge, wieder gelbe Frucht, zarte Säure, Ananas, bleibt gut haften.
