Helles leicht grünliches Gelb, verhaltene Nase für einen Sauvignon Blanc: etwas Brennessel, Sternfrucht, ein Hauch reife Stachelbeere und Spuren von Korianderkraut. Am Gaumen eine fleischige Textur, rosa Grapefruit, am Anfang sanft, die Säure entwickelt sich erst langsam, im Finish aber mit Biss und guter Mineralik, sehr ausgewogen, gute Länge, sehr trinkig.
