Description

Der Sauvignion Blanc Reserve von Gesine Roll wurde spontan vergoren und 18 Monate auf der Vollhefe im kleinen neuen Holz ausgebaut und zählt eher zu den Opulenteren seiner Art. In der Nase Aromen von Stachelbeeren, Orangenzesten und eine feine Rauchnote. Am Gaumen kommt ein zarter Schmelz hinzu der von exotischen Südfrüchten wie Papaya, Mango, und Maracuja begleitet wird.
