Helles Gelbgrün, in der Nase rauchige Anklänge, Nuancen von Mandarinen und Kräutern, zart unterlegt mit Cassis und Grapefruitzeste. Am Gaumen engmaschig und mineralisch, reife gelbe Fruchtanklänge, feinwürzig, bleibt sehr gut haften, sehr würzig (fast pfeffrig) im Abgang.
