Korze 2020
Description
65% Sauvignon Blanc und 35% Furmint aus der Top-Parzelle Korže. Von Kalkmergel geprägte Terrassen bilden einen nach Süden ausgerichteten steilen Kessel. Um die Rebstöcke in den harten Felsboden zu pflanzen mussten tiefe Löcher gegraben werden. Diese karge Herkunft spiegelt der Korže 2020 durch und durch wider. Nach der Gärung mit natürlichen Hefen wird der Korže 12 Monate in großen gebrauchten Holzfässern ausgebaut und reift weitere 4 Monate im Stahltank, bevor er ungeschönt und unfiltriert abgefüllt wird.
