Eine sehr typische Sauvignon Blanc Nase nach Stachelbeere, Brennnessel, schwarze Johannisbeere und grüne vegetative Noten. Am Gaumen eine kühle Textur, mit einer gewissen Leichtigkeit, traubig von der Maischestandzeit, zierlicher Schmelz und eine kräftige Säure, bleibt intensiv auch im Nachhall. James Suckling gibt 92 Punkte und vergleicht ihn mit einen eleganten Sancerre! [GB 12/2017]
