Der Sauvignon Blanc Gamlitz ist die ehemalige Steirische Klassik am Weingut Sattlerhof, da alle Trauben aus Lagen rund um die Ortschaft kommen, wurde er als Ortswein deklariert. In der Nase reife Frucht, weiße Johannisbeeren, dazu etwas gekochter Fenchel, ein Hauch frischer Koriander, rauchige Ansätze. Am Gaumen würziger Beginn, relativ cremig und weich am Gaumen, passende Säure, herbe Birne und Bananenblätter, guter Druck, mürbe Struktur und etwas Maracuja hinten raus. [GB 03/2016]
