ein Sauvignon aus der Stajerska Slovenija (Slowenische Steiermark: die Familie Gross hat dort seit längerem Weingärten) von terrassierten Steillagen mit schluffigen Lehm und Tonmergel (genannt Opok). Intensive Nase nach Fenchel, frisch geschnittenes Weißkraut, etwas Feuerstein, kandierte Ananas, feine Kräuterwürze mit Kamille, minmales Sponti-Stinkerl. Am Gaumen elegante und mineralische Struktur, dezente Hefe-Reduktion: Quitte, Gartenkräuter, animierende Säure im Abgang. Erinnert an geile Sortenvertreter von der Loire a lá Didier Dagueneau!
