ein Sauvignon aus der Stajerska Slovenija (Slowenische Steiermark: die Familie Gross hat dort seit längerem Weingärten) von terrassierten Steillagen mit schluffigen Lehm und Tonmergel (genannt Opok). Intensive Nase nach Fenchel, Feuerstein, Lorbeerblätter, kandierte Ananas, feine Kräuterwürze mit Kamille, leichtes Sponti-Stinkerl. Am Gaumen elegante und mineralische Struktur, dezente Hefe-Reduktion: Quitte und Sesam, Gartenkräuter, animierende Säure im Abgang.
