Die Gärung erfolgt überwiegend in Stahlttanks und 10% in Barriques, der Ausbau gänzlich in Edelstahl auf der Feinhefe. Helles Gelbgrün, in der Nase Holunderblüten, weiße Ribiseln, gelbe Stachelbeeren und ein Hauch Pampelmouse. Am Gaumen eine sehr schmelzige Textur mit exotischem Einschlag, saftig-elegant, gelungenes Frucht- Säurespiel, grün-schotige Frucht und gleichzeitig Holunderblüten, intensive Aromatik, vibrierend im Abgang mit etwas Limetten im Nachhall.
