Helles Zitronengelb, in der Nase ist der Sauvignon Blanc von Hillinger eher weich und gelbfruchtig: mit Melone, Holunderblüten und reifen Stachelbeernoten. Am Gaumen eine sehr softe Textur, fast zu zurückhaltend für die Sorte, erst mit der Zeit entwickelt sich etwas Säure und gibt ihn Pfiff, etwas Zitronengras kommt hinzu, endet dann durchaus harmonisch.
