Wieder ein toller Sauvignon Blanc aus dem Hause Knipser. Sehr helles Strohgelb, elegante kräftige Nase mit Stachelbeere, weiße Ribiseln, Williamsbirne, Limette, dazu ein Hauch von Brennnesseln und Minze. Am Gaumen leicht und tänzelnd, eine frische Struktur mit einer lebendigen Säure, angenehm rauchig, ganz leicht mürber Touch von der Schale einer Grapefruit, leicht ätherische Nuancen, ausgewogen und doch unkompliziert für die Terrasse im Sommer.
