Dieser Sauvignon Blanc ist ungemein intensiv in der Nase, etwas Grüne Paprika und Stachelbeere, daneben sehr intensive kräutrige Noten unter anderem Johannisbeerblätter und Minze. Am Gaumen resch mit guter Säure, etwas Limettenzeste, wieder viel Stachelbeere, bleibt würzig bis zum Schluss.
