Roter Schiefer verleiht diesem Weissburgunder eine feine Mineralik. Ausgebaut wird der Pinot Blanc teilweise in gebrauchten großen Holzfässern und im Stahltank, wo er nach der Gärung noch auf der Feinhefe liegt und auch etwas Batonage bekommt. Helles Grüngelb, in der Nase Mirabellen, grüner Apfel, feine exotische Anklänge, etwas Grapefruitzeste und ein feiner Mandelduft. Am Gaumen eine sehr klare Textur mit typischer Sorten-Cremigkeit, sehr zarte Zitrusnoten, aber auch ein durchaus delikater Schmelz vom Hefekontakt, druckvoll und komplex zum Schluss. [GB 11/2023]
