Achtung Bier! Der Saison Riesling von Julien Renard ist kein Riesling, wie man es vom Namen her vermuten könnte, sondern ein Bier mit Rieslingverschnitt. Dieses Spezialbier entstammt einem Gemeinschaftsprojekt von Fritz Wülfling (Ale-Mania) und Biersommelier Holger Beßlich. Es ist ein Bier, das mit einem Teil Riesling aus dem Winninger Göttchesberg verschnitten wurde. Die Zutaten hierfür waren Malz, Weizen, Riesling Göttchesberg, Hopfen und etwas Hefe.
