Ein reinsortiger Zweigelt unter der Gebietsmarke Rubin Carnuntum, dunkles Rubingranat, opaker Kern mit violetten Reflexen, in der Nase rote Beerenfrucht und eine intensive rauchige Würze mit etwas Kardamom und Wacholder. Am Gaumen saftig-reif mit herzhaft frischer Textur, lebendige Säure mit zartem Taninin, rassige Sauerkirschfrucht, wenig Röstaromen, trinkanimierend, ein Hauch Kakao im Nachhall.
