Description
Im Stahl ausgebauter Roter Veltliner aus dem reifen Jahr 2021. In der Nase eine fast üppige Frucht, goldene Ringlotten, Akazienhonig, Khaki, kräutrig weißer Pfeffer und etwas Limetten-Zeste. Am Gaumen eine ölige Textur mit viel Fruchtextrakt, reife aber nicht zu hohe Säure, mit Luft kommt eine feine Würzigkeit durch, leicht salzig bis scharf, wirkt sehr mineralisch, im Finale sehr harmonisch.
