Am Gaumen konzentriert - ja opulent und dicht, mit einer mächtigen Struktur, ganz zart vom Holzeinsatz geprägt, durchsetzt mit viel Frucht und leicht zunehmender Säure, dazu kommt eine sanfte Pfefferwürze ins Spiel, etwas Mandeln in Abgang, bleibt lang.
