Ein Rosé-Cuvée, die im gebrauchten Holzfass ausgebaut wurde, Holz ist hier aber nicht schmeckbar, in der Nase frische Frucht, Zwetschge, dazu fast etwas Limette, wird immer duftiger, etwas Veilchen und Rosenwasser, frische Johannisbeeren, am Gaumen richtig saftig, dazu gleich Würze und wieder Zwetschge, knackig, dazu auch eine feine Tanninstruktur, bleibt super hängen.
