Der leichte und duftige Einstieg ins Sortiment von Griesel, ein Rosé Sekt aus Pinot Noir und Pinot Meunier gekeltert und für 16 Monate auf der Hefe gelagert. Nur mit ganz zarter Rosé-Farbe, beginnt mit feiner roter Frucht, etwas Erdbeere und zarte Kräuterwürze, wirkt fast kühl, bleibt sehr dezent und feingliedrig. Am Gaumen mit super feiner Perlage und dezenten Grip, wieder rote Frucht, etwas Rhabarber und Walderdbeere, sehr elegant und ausgewogen, feiner mürber Zug und eine tolle Länge. [CB 04/2019]
