Description
Ein Rosé-Sekt aus 100% Spätburgunder, brillantes Altrosa, duftige Nase nach roten Waldbeeren, Apfelblüten, dazu Nuancen von Rhabarber, am Gaumen die vornehme Perlage eines hochwertigen Rosé-Champagner, frisch und fruchtbetont, dann aber gleich etwas Tannin, dazu rote Früchte, gepaart mit einer zarten Mineralik, eher puristisch mit dezentem Rotwein-Touch und einer Spur Gerbstoff im Nachhall.
