Das Winzer-Duo Katharina Wechsler und Kai Schätzel (K+K) sind immer für Innovationen zu haben! Diesmal ein nachhaltiges Packaging: man verzichtet auf energieaufwändige, schwere Magnum Flaschen und setzen auf "Pouches", in denen der vakuumierte Wein -auch geöffnet- sehr lange frisch bleibt und nicht oxidiert. Ungeschminkte Nase, naturtrüb, wild, Bergamotte, rote Pflaumen, Boskop-Apfel und ganz leichte ätherische Noten. Am Gaumen eine herzhafte Textur mit ebensolcher Säure, kräftiger Biss, rosa Grapefruit, dezent herb bis rustikal, mehr als erfrischend. [GB 08/2022]
