Einladendes Apricot fürs Auge, in der Nase fruchtige Aprikosen, dazu etwas weißer Pfirsich, Anklänge von Orangenzeste und eine gelbe Wärme wie von einem frischgebackenen Maistortilla. Am Gaumen saftig mit mürbem Biss, die dezente Säure spielt mit Aprikosenmark und Brotkruste auf der Zunge und endet mit einem zartem Schmelz. [LA 08/2024]
