Das Thema Rosé wird immer seriöser und dieser Wein von Jurtschitsch zeigt wunderbar, wie gut Rosé sein kann! Der Belle Naturelle kommt ungeschönt, unfiltriert und nur mit minimalem Schwefel in die Flasche, knochentrocken, mit viel Frische und einem Touch Naturwein. Natürlich ist auch hier Frucht da, allerdings ganz und gar nicht kitschig, sondern knackig und mit mürben Kräutern hinterlegt, Grapefruit, Zitronenmelisse und etwas Campari, tänzelnd mit Rhabarber und Salbei. Am Gaumen mit straffem Beginn, wieder Rhabarber und dazu ein mürbes Tannin, puristisch und mit feiner Säure, rosa Pfirsich und etwas Zwetschge zum Abgang hin. [CB 06/2018]
