Description

Ein ganz besonderer Riesling ist dieser Ortwein aus Wachenheim. Die Trauben stammen ausschließlich aus der Premier Cru Lage Goldbächel und der Wein wurde nach der Spontangärung im großen Holzfass für insgesamt drei Jahre auf der feinhefe gelagert. So ist ein gänzlich andersartiger Ortsriesling entstanden, weg von Frucht und Frische hin zu Tiefe und komplexität.
