Der Einstiegs-Riesling von Dönnhoff ist ein geradliniger uns ausgewogener Riesling. In der Nase elegante Riesling-Nase viel Aprikose, feine Würze und zarte Zitrusnoten. Am Gaumen ist er saftig und elegant, typisch Dönnhoff immer ein wenig zurückhaltender als die Rieslinge der Kollegen, mit etwas Luft kommt aber auch hier schon eine druckvolle Struktur zum Vorschein, dazu eine saftige Säure und eine ganz leichte Mineralik im Abgang.
