Die kargen Urgesteins- und Schotterformationen direkt hinter der Stadt Krems ergeben einen fruchtigen, fein mineralischen Wein. Helles Grüngelb, in der Nase feine Steinostnoten, Ringlotten, Nuancen von Limonen und Grapefruit, am Gaumen feine weiße Fruchttextur, ausgewogene Säure, feine Würze und eine zarte Mineralik, sehr dezent im Abgang. Ein sehr heller (weisser) Riesling wie ich ihn gerne mag! [GB 06/2015]
