Description

Die Brüder Rings sind bei ihren 2017ern deutlich karger und straffer geworden, gerade im diesem durchaus reifen Jahr eine bemerkenswerte Entwicklung. In der Nase ist der Saumagen kühl und von grünen Aromen geprägt, Limette und etwas Minze, sehr dezente und feingliedrig. Am Gaumen mit mürber Mineralik und tollem Zug, viel Saftigkeit, wieder grüne Ausprägung, Granny Smith und Limette, sehr stimmig und fein bis zum Abgang hin. [CB 08/2018]
