Description
Der 2015er Saar Riesling von Van Volxem kommt mittlerweile mit einem minmalen Reifeton daher, komplexe Nase nach Feigen, Mirabellen, karamelsierte Orangenkonfitüre, geröstete Mandeln und einer zarten Kräuterwürze. Am Gaumen eine sehr mürbe Textur mit äußerst dezenter Tertärfrucht, die leichte Restsüße wird von eleganter Säure begleitet, charmant und trinkig, erdige Mineralik im Nachhall mit viel Zug nach hinten.
