Die Lage Rechbächel in Wachenheim ist geprägt von rotem und gelbem Sandsteingeröll das sich durch die leichte Hangneigung optimal erwärmt. Die Aromatik beginnt imposant mit Duft nach reifem Steinobst, Ananas und einem rauchigen Einschlag. Die lebendige Säure dominiert Anfangs den Gaumen und offenbart Aromen von Grapefruitzeste und Limette, dann kommt eine zarte Cremigkeit, mit leicht nussigen Nuancen, viel Druck, Steinobst und Grapefruit und ein langer Abgang.
